Curzon memory light box

Lovely project for the Curzon (a grade II listing cinema) in my home town of Clevedon, North Somerset.

We designed and created three memory light boxes with integral shelves and storage.

Made from 12mm birch plywood and finished with chrome corner protectors, hand made leather carry handles, stainless steel toggle catches, Italian fabric covered electric cable and a stylish black switch. The front panel is interchangeable.

Each memory box will be filled with objects linked to a certain subject or theme. A unique QR code on each object can then be scanned on a phone, sharing a short film, article or memory about the object.

A fantastic way for groups of people to learn about the history of the Curzon for example or promote a new film, or learn about any subject you care to dream up.

The possibilities are endless.

These will soon be out and about in the community in Clevedon.
